NOTICE OF DIRECT WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION
This notice serves as formal notification that effective 12th November 2025, Valeo Construction Pty Ltd will be directly administering all warranty matters relating to 210-228 Stanley St West Melbourne.
From this date forward, all defect notifications and warranty claims must be submitted through our online warranty portal:

The online form will require:
Detailed descriptions of the claimed defect
Photographic evidence
Specific location details within the building
Contact information
Once submitted, our Warranty Department will assess the claim and arrange for a site manager to attend and investigate as appropriate.
