Valeo, the original builder of this development, has provided the information below regarding defects.

NOTICE OF DIRECT WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION

This notice serves as formal notification that effective 12th November 2025, Valeo Construction Pty Ltd will be directly administering all warranty matters relating to 210-228 Stanley St West Melbourne.

From this date forward, all defect notifications and warranty claims must be submitted through our online warranty portal:

The online form will require:

• Detailed descriptions of the claimed defect

• Photographic evidence

• Specific location details within the building

• Contact information

Once submitted, our Warranty Department will assess the claim and arrange for a site manager to attend and investigate as appropriate.
